Climbin' Up The Mountain

The title comes from all the years of singing the song to my kids and my grandkids, and them to their kids. A song from my school choir days. But it has a religious angle, too: We are always trying to Climb the Mountain; we fall sometimes, but we must keep climbing to get back to our Father in Heaven. I'm a writer, editor, singer, sports fan -- and I'm a Mormon!

Climbin' Up the Mountain

Dad used to sing a special song to us as we grew up. We now sing it to our kids. This blog stems from his lullaby "Climbin' Up the Mountain." Dad sang it to us in his own words and in the bass line tune. So it became an original. Thanks Dad for sharing so much with us. If you ever wonder if you've made a difference in our world, come to this blog. Just the fact that we all still know this song is only a sliver of proof that you have made a difference in our lives. We Love You!
